Chinese artist and rights advocate Ai Weiwei was detained again by Chinese authorities on Sunday, April 3, 2011.
In 2000, Ai Weiwei co-curated an exhibition in Shanghai called "Fuck Off". He notoriously exhibited a photo that showed him giving the middle finger to the Forbidden City.
Show your support for Ai Weiwei by taking a photo of yourself doing a ‘Weiwei salute’ at something symbolising the CCP - send us the photo ( smurfyleekx@gmail.com ) and we’ll put it on this Tumblr page!
